Products
Factory-direct insulating glass consumables — silicone sealant, butyl sealant, aluminum spacer bars and molecular sieve. Specifications below are typical values for reference; confirm the current parameters with our team before ordering.
Silicone Sealant
Neutral-cure silicone sealant for insulating glass units. It forms a flexible, weather-resistant bond between glass, aluminum and steel frames, and stays elastic through thermal movement and long-term UV exposure.
Key features
- Neutral cure with low odor
- Strong adhesion to glass, aluminum and steel
- UV and weather resistant, remains flexible in service
- Stable performance in hot and cold climates
- Available in 300 ml and 590 ml cartridges
Typical applications
- Secondary edge sealant for double- and triple-glazed IG units
- Sealing of window and curtain-wall frames
- Structural glazing applications (as applicable)
Typical specifications
| Item | Typical value |
|---|---|
| Cure type | Neutral (alkoxy) |
| Standard packages | 300 ml / 590 ml cartridge, 20 pcs per carton |
| Colors | Black, white, grey — custom colors on request |

Butyl Sealant
Hot-melt butyl sealant for the primary seal of double- and triple-glazed insulating glass units. Applied warm, it bonds to glass and spacer frames and acts as the main moisture barrier inside the unit.
Key features
- Low moisture vapor transmission
- Strong adhesion to glass and aluminum spacer bars
- Flexible over a wide temperature range
- Low odor during application
- Supplied in rolls for hot-melt applicator systems
Typical applications
- Primary seal of double- and triple-glazed IG units
- Edge sealing in insulating glass production
Typical specifications

Aluminum Spacer Bar
Aluminum spacer bars for insulating glass spacer frames. Supplied straight and clean, they form the frame that carries the desiccant and the primary seal inside the unit.
Key features
- Even dimensions and clean edges, ready for butyl application
- Available in standard widths for different unit thicknesses
- Suitable for 4-corner and plug-frame systems
- Light weight with stable shape
Typical applications
- Spacer frames for double- and triple-glazed units
- Standard and custom IG production lines

Molecular Sieve
Molecular sieve 3A for insulating glass units. Filled into the spacer frame, it absorbs residual moisture inside the air space so the unit stays clear and fog-free for its service life.
Key features
- High static water adsorption
- Low dust and fines, uniform granule size
- Stable performance across temperature changes
- Supplied in moisture-proof packing
Typical applications
- Desiccant for double- and triple-glazed IG units
- Sealed glazing cavities
